The visit to Bayoun tempe
, Jan 2020
We had this trip with a wonderful guide Mr. Savoon. He gave a complete description about things asked. He gave enough time for us to enjoy just about everything that we want to while on this tour without losing any of it. So we felt really lucky to have him as our guide for this tour. Thank you Mr. Savoon.
Excellent tour picked up from hotel on time,Bob our guide was brilliant took us to the best position to watch the sunrise over Angkor Wat,Bob was very knowledgable and gave us great insights into the meanings of different temple stone drawings etc all in all a really brilliant day.Thank you
This tour was fabulous from start to finish.
we took the lesser known route into Angkor Wat, met no-one until we were actually at the small make waiting for the sun to come up.
The guide was very informative and looked after us throughout.
The UNESCO-listed Angkor Wat is the star attraction of Cambodia and the magnificent temple complex is even more atmospheric at sunrise. Sunset Dinner on Tonle Sap Lake with a Floating Village Tour
, Jan 2020
Really enjoyable trip. Picked up on time from the hotel, interesting tour of a lotus farm before riding in the river boat around the floating village. Lovely stop for sunset on a beautiful old ship, great drinks and food before the trip back. Your was excellent and a great experience.
Overall I felt as if the tour was rushed and a lot of time wasn’t spent at the places we stopped. We were so far from the floating villages while “passing by”. I would have to say my expectations def didn’t meet reality. I wish we could’ve got closer or spent some time there. However, the sunset was amazing from the boat while eating. The unlimited drinks were a great bonus! The bartender was so cute, I had to tip him personally. Reminded me of a cute lil grandpa
Thanks for a lovely tour! Everything, from food and drinks to the lake visit was top quality.
We were mostly impressed with the tour guide! He told us a lot of things about Khmer culture that we didn't know. Only think I would suggest to dismiss is the crocodile farm, I think we shouldn't support this kind of "animals for entertainment / tourism" initiatives.
Besides that, it was one of the best tours we have been to, a beautiful memory from Cambodia we would never forget.
Experience the magic of Tonle Sap Lake at twilight on this romantic 4-hour dinner cruise from Siem Reap, including hotel pick-up. First, enjoy a small boat cruise around the floating village, lotus fields and crocodile farms of Chong Khneas. Then, board the Taras floating restaurant for a delicious buffet dinner and enjoy unlimited cocktails as you watch the sunset over the lake.
2-Day Angkor Wat Small, Big Circuit and Banteay Srei Tour
From $105.25 (Price varies by group size )
, Jan 2020
Sam was amazing in providing a private tour and insights into the history of ankor wat. The second day of temple is a must as well and the guide adapted to spending more or less time where we preferred :) The customer service was exceptional in also arranging to pick us up from the airport on the first day instead of the hotel for an small fee. Would highly recommend this tour and our guide and driver Sam 1 and Sam 2!
So easy, fun and great to see to many temples it really took the stress out of us having to organise it and know which temples were best to see etc. Guide was so knowledgeable and gave a real insight into the history and life in Cambodia !
We loved this 2 day guided tour of the Siem Reap temples with our wonderful guide Sokheim Neim and courteous driver, Sril. We learned about the history, architecture, religion and community and social life of a number of the extraordinary temples in the Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom cities. As it was so hot, it was fantastic to come back from a 2 hour temple visit to a comfortable air conditioned car, cool towels and cold water. "Pappa" Niem was informative and interesting, and he and the driver were always professional and punctual, even at 5am for the sunrise over Angkor Wat. Really enjoyed this tour.
Day tours to the Angkor Archeological Complex often rush through the two circuits on offer, which means that you don’t have the time to truly appreciate the history around you. Make the most of the sights on this private tour to the complex, spread out over two days. On the first day, enjoy the temples and ruins on the Small Circuit, including Ta Prohm and Ta Nei. Start the second day with sunrise views of Angkor Wat before exploring the temples on the Big Circuit.
Bangkok to Angkor Wat Tour 2 Days 1 Night from Bangkok

Wonderful siem reap experience
, Jan 2020
Wonderful experience our tour guide Vithyea was so patient and nice very informative about all the attractions we went too. I was a bit scared while returning back to Bangkok via car because I was alone but the Holystone travel and tours made everything easy for me and safe from siem reap to the poipet border until reaching here in Bangkok. Very satisfying service I recommended this tour.
We are very satisfied with our cambodian tour. The whole arrangements were organized, the hotel was absolutely relaxing, the temples were astonishingly beautiful and words cannot fully describe them. A special remark for yuth, our guide, who was doubtlessly the best person ever!
Overall wonderful experience. The temples were amazing, and the other areas we went to were great as well. Our tour guide Vith was exceptional and very informative. The agency is also very responsive. Had a little trouble getting there, but if you have a chance to go I would highly recommend it.
Take the hassle out of traveling between Thailand and Cambodia with this private, guided tour that includes an overnight stay in a comfortable Siem Reap hotel. Over two days, explore some of Cambodia’s most-celebrated temple ruins - including national icon Angkor Wat, and take a boat to visit the floating villages of Tonle Sap lake. Return to Bangkok or Pattaya enriched by the ancient Khmer culture and architecture.
Visit the unmissable temples of the greater Angkor area on this fun-filled 2-day tour, meaning you won’t have to worry about missing out on anything important or cramming too much into a day. See the iconic Angkor Wat as well as other fine temples during the atmospheric sunrise and sunset hours. As this is a private tour, go at your own pace and enjoy personalized service.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend! Our guide San was very knowledgeable, set a comfortable pace to accommodate all within the group and was very detail oriented when explaining notable things at each site. The tour itinerary was well planned with a comfortable lunch break in the middle -- the restaurant was quite tourist oriented but I'm not sure there are many options within the temple complex.
One minor point of feedback for the tour company: it would be great if they could proactively confirm pickup times the day before via email; we had to call the company and confirm ourselves.
Exploring the UNESCO-listed Angkor Temples is a must for visitors to Siem Reap and this small-group tour ensures a more personalized experience. Stand in awe before the legendary temple of Angkor Wat, admire the sculpted façade of Bayon temple, and discover the atmospheric jungle temple of Ta Prohm.
Our tour guide Visel was awesome! We were so impressed with the amount of knowledge he shared and appreciated his patience with us when we wanted to take our time reading the posts along the way. Although the tour was very sobering, it was important to see what actually took place in the history of Cambodia albeit so very sad. I would highly recommend this tour but be prepared because it’s not for the faint of heart.
A professional English speaking tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the killing fields of Choeung Ek Genocide Center – 9 miles away south of Phnom Penh. The infamous killing fields have a bloody history. Once an orchard and a Chinese cemetery, the Khmer Rouge, lead by Pol Pot, turned the place into what became known as the killing fields, where they executed around 20.000 victim. Over three years, they massacred and buried 2.5 million people. After remembering the dead, return to Phnom Penh to visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21). Meaning hill of the poisonous trees, Pol Pot turned a once popular high school into a high security prison. 20,000 people were imprisoned there, many of whom were tortured for information. Today it serves as a museum and a reminder of darker days.
Your guide will return you to your hotel or guesthouse. .
It was really well organized even though we booked it in last minutes. Our tour guide, called Sokmeng (I hope I spell it right) was so informative, professional and helful. And so is driver. They care for every small and single thing. It may look expensive compared with other tour options, but it's actually not. It's total worth for it.
Explore Siem Reap 2 Days Private Tours is the best choice for your holiday in Siem Reap, Cambodia to visit the world heritage site of UNESCO and the natural biosphere of the largest lake in south east Asia and it known as Tonle Sap and we selected the most highlighted to add in the tours itinerary as Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom , Bayon, Elephants Terrace, Ta Promh and watch sunset at the ancient temple of Angkor park at Pre Rup temple and another unique of the tours activities is to visit the floating village on the Tonle Sap Lake and go by cruise around the floating village.
Our guide provided us with a breathtaking walk through the temples of Siem Reap. He was able to help us avoid much of the crowds and provide us with so much knowledge about the history of the temples. Thank you. Chris and David
We absolutely loved our tour! Picked us up at our hotel on time and with no problems. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept a pace that suited us. As the day got hot they had cold water and a sun umbrella on hand. Kim, our guide, was kind, fun, took great pictures, and even sent us a few he took on his own phone. The whole experience was really more than we could have hoped for. I would recommend to anyone!

Marvel at the world-famous temple of Angkor Wat and uncover the fascinating history of the Khmer Empire on a tour of the vast ruins. Fantastic tour and would highly recommend. Our tour guide Lea was brilliant, very informative and a great laugh. She really made the tour. The choice of food was good including the insects!
Picked up and chauffeured round in our own tuk tuk added to a great evening.
[For the adventurous foodie] Kicking off with a hotel pick up before enjoying an afternoon cocktail or beer with Phnom Penh's best vista. We then step out to a local market, try some tropical fruits, interesting desserts, the best ribs in the Kingdom (trust us!) and maybe even some creepy crawlies. The tour includes about 6 stops around the local market where you will get an insight into Cambodia's often under-represented food scene, rich history and culture. We then head for our main fare (yep - there's more) to a delicious, traditional Khmer BBQ where we will enjoy live local music, eat dinner as the locals eat, washed down with the national beverage - beer!
See the Reclining Buddha statue and waterfalls at Phnom Kulen, and visit the River of a Thousand Lingas on this full-day tour from Siem Reap. Your guide shows you river boulders with intricate carvings made during the Khmer Empire, and natural pools at Phnom Kulen Waterfalls where you can swim. On the way there, view life in rural Cambodia and escape the crowds of Siem Reap.
The only reason I didn't give this experience a 5* rating was that the subtitles in English were difficult to read from where I was sitting. I would recommend that others who are attending the show arrive early enough to see the museum too.
Discover a night of traditional Cambodian dance during a performance by the Cambodian Living Arts on Stage. You'll have time to tour the stunning gardens of the National Museum of Phnom Penh as part of this memorable evening of culture and tradition that is perfect for the whole family.
Sunset Cruise with Optional Buffet Dinner from Phnom Penh
First evening in Phnom Penh
, Feb 2020
This was a good introduction to Phnom Penh. The food was good and the staff was friendly. This trip had a trio playing traditional instruments which made it better for me than the 'party boats' that passed us playing recorded pop music. The Khmer children swimming in the river near the jetty was an added treat that the company didn't plan so don't be disappointed if you don't get to see them.
See the capital at its most magical as you glide past the glittering Phnom Penh skyline on this 2-hour sunset dinner cruise, including hotel pick-up. Cruise past the Royal Palace, along the Mekong River and through the floating villages of Tonle Sap, then tuck into a delicious BBQ dinner on-board. Finally, sip a complimentary cocktail as you watch the sunset over Phnom Penh and Silk Island.
We visited Kmpong Phluk in the dry season so our tour was on foot. Very interesting to see how all the homes were built on stilts. We did have a boat tour out to see Tonle sap Lake and a short canoe ride with a local. It would be worth coming back to see the village during the wet season; it would be completely different. Be sure to take a car or mini van tour, not a tuk tuk. The ride by van was 35 minutes and at some points we saw people having to get out of their tuk tuk and walk up small hill's bcz the tuk tuk couldn't handle the extra weight. Our tour guide Chausan was excellent- try to request him. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
Cruise Tonle Sap Lake to Kompong Phluk on a half-day tour from Siem Reap, and explore the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. See communities that thrive at the edge of the water, pass floating schools and markets, and visit a local home to get a glimpse of daily life and culture. This half-day Kompong Phluk tour includes all activities, as well as pickup and drop-off at Siem Reap hotels, and both morning and afternoon departures are available.

We had a fantastic day trip with Chamnap to Oudong. We were the only couple on the trip so it was more like a personal tour. We were picked up on time by Tuk Tuk and taken to the boat. The trip up river took longer than we thought, but it allowed time for Chamnap to give us lots of information and answer our questions. We had a demonstration of making silver at Koh Chen island and there was no pressure to buy. We then went for lunch at a local restaurant. Chamnap checked for dietary needs in advance. The tour round Oudong was amazing, the walk up is quite steep but there are plenty of places to stop and rest and admire the view. We even saw a troop of Macaque monkeys on the way down. The boat trip back was quicker as we had the tide with us. Cold drinks were available throughout the day. It was a long day but most enjoyable and Chamnap was an excellent guide.
