Worth every penny
Amazing experience . The tour was great and organised very efficiently. In addition, our tour guides King and Paul were clearly very experienced and were available to answer the many questions that came from all 14 of us. Special mention to Paul who very patiently guided my young son down Monkey Island. The tour also included a very nice lunch with vegetarian options and free drinks. Efficient time keeping all the way from the bus journey accross to the ferry and to the Island. Highly recommended

The Catamaran - Luxury Full Day Cruise To Halong Bay & Lan Ha Bay
This experience exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our trip. We switched to the non-Catamaran to depart from Ha Long Bay. The vessel was one of the nicest that we saw that day. Waiter service on both dining floors with a full bar and impressive buffet. In one day, we saw Ha Long Bay, went kayaking, hiking / swimming and traversed a cave. The Cruise Manager, Mr Han, went out of his way to welcome us as English speaking Americans. He runs a tight ship and made our day so fun!

Luxury Rosy 5 Star Cruise 3 Days Explore Halong Bay Lan Ha Bay Private Balcony
Great experience, really well looked after, lots to see and do. I will say the food isn’t great, and it can be a little disappointing compared to the street food, but it’s still ok to eat. Staff are really friendly. Would do this tour again for sure

Off The Beaten Track To Halong Bay & Lan Ha Bay (2 days 1 night)
From the moment we were collected by bus in Hanoi to when we returned Sean and Brian ensured our travels to Halong Bay with Serenity cruises was smooth sailing. We were treated to the most wonderful service, incredible meals and the right amount of organised activities.

Great experienced! Friendly and helpful staffs. However, sleeping arrangement were very tight for 4 of us (3 adults and a 8yo) on 1 single bed and 1 double bed

Great guide and schedule, amazing food, no supplements ever requested. Bar is expensive whereas not enough free water and some imperfections on the boat, but overall very good quality for this price !

Lovely trip.The boat was basic but I wanted a less touristy boat trip and i got it. The small boat and location was great. The highlight was kayaking in la han as it was really peaceful and quiet. The tour guide was funny and informative. I would do this trip again - great value for money.
