Secret Food Tour in London: London Bridge and Borough Market
Secret Food tour with Melissa
, Jan 2020
Borough Market was hopping on a Saturday afternoon! Melissa had a big group of us but she managed with grace and made sure everyone enjoyed. The food and drinks were awesome and the experience was lots of fun. Would do it again!
I've visited London several times in the past, but somehow I've never made it to Borough Market. It's now a new favorite of mine in the city, and this tour gave a wonderful introduction of what makes this market so special. And the food...oh my goodness, the food was beyond outstanding. We did do a bit of walking beyond the market as well, and visited a super charming pub just underneath London Bridge and a bit of the neighborhood around as well. Our tour guide was lovely, and this was a wonderful way to spend a few hours getting to know London better.
Get a taste of British food, from timeless recipes to creative new cuisine, on this walking tour of London Bridge and Borough Market. Follow your guide to local pubs, market stalls, artisan stores, and bakeries to sample British cheese and chutney, fish ‘n’ chips, and award-winning Lincolnshire sausage. Wash it down with London ale or cider, then indulge in a portion of treacle sponge pudding or some tasty homemade fudge.
Experience London’s traditional drinking scene on this afternoon pub crawl. Accompany your guide on a fun and educational tour in and around the city, where you’ll visit at least four historic pubs and taste different brews (own expense). Pop into centuries-old ale houses, see literary haunts favored by writers like Charles Dickens, and learn about local drinking culture through the ages.
Dinah was an outstanding hostess for our food tour. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the very eclectic East End and she was able to reminisce about her own personal family history in the area. She made us feel like we were part of her family.
This tour is highly recommended with Dinah as the guide!

Traditional English Food Tasting Walking Tour in London
Loved this tour!
, Nov 2019
We unfortunately don’t remember the name our our tour guide! But he was wonderful! So sweet and knowledgeable! The food on this tour was amazing, portions were so big! We couldn’t eat it all!! My favorite parts were the fish and chips, the cheese tasting (love the smoked Mayfair!) and the cream tea at Bill’s!

Evening cruise on the Thames River with dinner and music!
, Nov 2019
We enjoyed our dinner on the Thames River! The food was very good! We got a welcome drink (Prosecco) and bottle of wine to share for each couple! There was a two piece entertainment, which was nice! The best is the scenery while cruising! This time of year it was dark, but I think cruising at dusk in an earlier month would be awesome! The boat had full length windows so you could see everything! Beautiful going under some of the bridges. We even saw some fireworks!! Loved it!
My family and I took this cruise for my fathers bday. The staff was GREAT, but it was the food that I was not impressed with. We were not given a choice of what we wanted to eat (guests at the table next to us had steak, we had chicken) plus there was not a menu provided prior to booking this cruise.
The staff on this cruise was fantastic. They had us seated quickly and were very friendly and curteous. The food was good and prepared well. We were seated next to the musicians and my only negative comment was due to volume. The Saxaphone was deafening.
Take to the Thames for a sparkling river dinner sailing past London’s waterfront sights. Settle at your table to savor a delectable dinner and admire floodlit city sights such as Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Big Ben as you eat and relax, and enjoy enchanting live entertainment.
The tour commences by having a guided tour through the surrounding gardens, concluding for morning tea at Kensington Palace.
The gardens are beautiful and were enhanced by having a knowledgeable guide.
The morning tea as a part of this tour is held at a building adjacent to the palace, the treats served are delicious and plentiful - dont eat too much before you go!
All in all, a wonderful morning. (note that entry into the palace proper is not included as part of this ticket. We were able to access through our London card).

As a veteran of mini food tours, I can tell you this is one of the best. The guy was great and charismatic, the food selections were outstanding. It was well-timed and very informative. Would definitely recommend this.
Gloria was very pleasant and personable. The tour provided an interesting selection of eclectic international foods with unique twists. All of the food was good but not all to our taste. A nice way to do lunch.
A food tour that included stops at several different locations with a combination of foods representing a number of ethnic groups and cultures. Food at each stop was excellent and our tour guide, Kaeridwyn, provided us with interesting fats and history of the area.
Would definitely take this tour again and highly recommend to others!

The London Showboat Dinner Cruise on the Thames River
Very good entertainment!
, Dec 2019
Very good entertainment. First course was very good. Wine not so good. I think it'd be good if they had signs at the Pier showing people where to board. We arrived early but couldn't find where to board. We walked to the other end of the pier , in the wrong direction (which was under construction). Finally, we saw another couple who saw we were lost and guided us in the right direction! Otherwise, we'd have missed it again!

Private Group: Historical Pub Walking Tour of London
From $109.99 (Price varies by group size )
Amazing Tour & Pub Crawl!
, Jan 2020
We were pleasantly surprised that this was a private tour and my husband and I were the only ones on the tour, which made our time with our tour guide Kevin much more personal and geared toward our own historical interests. We spent nearly 5 hours walking through the City of London learning about historical alleyways, pubs, gin, churches, the government, and monuments. Kevin kept a good pace and was happy to engage us with trivia and tales of history while stopping to break at wonderful pubs that he recommended. His extensive knowledge of the local beers was also very helpful and appreciated, he really enjoys his job and it shows! This tour was on my birthday, and it was better than we could have imagined. Not only did we learn about so much interesting history, it was also a very fun pub crawl! We highly suggest taking this tour, and do yourself a favor and request Kevin!
This tour was one of the highlights of our trip! We were a group of four and our guide, Kevin was super knowledgeable, fun, and all around amazing. Like one of our friends said, it's as if we had just paid a friend to show us around London for a few hours. We went to four different pubs and Kevin was accommodating as we had to get to a play later that day. He even went above and beyond by taking us to the nearest tube station and directed us where to go once the tour was over!
Do not hesitate to book this experience, it was amazing!!

Absolute lovely day, food was great. Our waitress was very friendly and professional.

Stop off in the last remaining store of Little Italy in Soho, dine on some of the best baked Camembert in Covent Garden.
My first high tea today. We had Earl Gray tea, scones, finger sandwiches, and pastries. The presentation and service was excellent.. The neighborhood is Ferrari, Rolls, and Lamborghini. Favorites were refilled. Very Nice!
