The tour commences by having a guided tour through the surrounding gardens, concluding for morning tea at Kensington Palace.
The gardens are beautiful and were enhanced by having a knowledgeable guide.
The morning tea as a part of this tour is held at a building adjacent to the palace, the treats served are delicious and plentiful - dont eat too much before you go!
All in all, a wonderful morning. (note that entry into the palace proper is not included as part of this ticket. We were able to access through our London card).
High tea is classically British, and there are few places better to enjoy this cultural experience than Kensington Palace. With this regal outing, you enjoy high tea as it's meant to be: nibble on sandwiches, taste cakes and scones, and stroll through the palace grounds once you're done. With your guide, you learn about Hyde Park, see gardens created by Prince Albert, and hear the history of Britain's favorite beverage.
Fully Guided Luxury Paris Day Trip with Lunch at the Eiffel Tower
, Dec 2019
It exceeded our expectation, the lunch that was provided in lieu of the Eiffel Tower lunch was more than enough. There was good food, wine flowing, live entertainment and the boat was clean.
Our tour guide Anna was very informative and so protective to the group.
See Paris and savor lunch on the Eiffel Tower on this private day trip by Eurostar from London. Travel by high-speed train from St. Pancras International and, on arrival, take a panoramic coach tour of top Paris attractions including the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, followed by a Seine River cruise. Then, after having lunch at a chic Eiffel Tower restaurant, choose either to visit the Louvre (own expense) or enjoy free time. Upgrade to first-class Eurostar travel, including breakfast and dinner.
Please note: Restaurant 58 reopens in the Fall of 2020. Until then, a Seine River lunch cruise replaces the Eiffel Tower restaurant.
I have been wanting to see the Tower of London for years. This was our first trip to London and I was not going to miss it. We had a very knowledgeable guide who took us to the places we were interested in seeing. We saw the Crown Jewels, which is nice, but the history and architecture were far more exciting. Great time, great tour guide!
Our guide, a young lady, was extremely knowlegable of English history and gave us a thorough insight of the history of Windsor and all of its inhabitants throughout the ages. I can highly recommend a private tour with our guide. We managed to get trapped in the lift in the Tower basement for half an hour; but this only added to the adventure. We now claim that we were also prisoners in the Tower of London.
The medieval Tower of London is widely considered among London’s top attractions, but exploring independently means missing the hidden secrets behind the priceless treasures it holds. On this tour, beat the queues with skip-the-line entry and explore the tower as your guide brings its history to life. Along the way, meet the ravens guarding the tower, and discover must-see sites including the Jewel House and the White Tower.
Evening cruise on the Thames River with dinner and music!
, Nov 2019
We enjoyed our dinner on the Thames River! The food was very good! We got a welcome drink (Prosecco) and bottle of wine to share for each couple! There was a two piece entertainment, which was nice! The best is the scenery while cruising! This time of year it was dark, but I think cruising at dusk in an earlier month would be awesome! The boat had full length windows so you could see everything! Beautiful going under some of the bridges. We even saw some fireworks!! Loved it!
My family and I took this cruise for my fathers bday. The staff was GREAT, but it was the food that I was not impressed with. We were not given a choice of what we wanted to eat (guests at the table next to us had steak, we had chicken) plus there was not a menu provided prior to booking this cruise.
The staff on this cruise was fantastic. They had us seated quickly and were very friendly and curteous. The food was good and prepared well. We were seated next to the musicians and my only negative comment was due to volume. The Saxaphone was deafening.
Take to the Thames for a sparkling river dinner sailing past London’s waterfront sights. Settle at your table to savor a delectable dinner and admire floodlit city sights such as Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Big Ben as you eat and relax, and enjoy enchanting live entertainment.
It was a lovely day and best tour ever. Because we have two small kids and finally we decided to be more relax during the tour and back to London earlier. So, we skip Bath but we have a wonderful lunch at a English Pub recommend by our tour guide Jay! Jay was wonderful and know a lot about history, during the ride,I enjoyed chatting with him about history.
Jay also planned our trip very very well, he gave us a full detail schedule, and we follow his instruction and always have the best part and best position to see the Windsor castle.
It was a wonderful day for us! Really thanks to Jay
Great day trip to Windsor, Stonehenge and Salisbury!
, Jan 2020
Peter was a great tour guide, provided a lot of information about all the spots we visited. Peter suggested we visit Salisbury instead of Bath...best suggestion! Request Peter if you can for your trip.

Loved the London & being at front of line . It was our first trip to London & this was on our 24th Wedding Anniversary. We enjoyed a quiet drink in the lounge first & then a friendly lady met us there & took us ,with the Champage ,to the Eye. Such a beautiful day & we were treated just like royalty. I highly recommend. One of the highlights of our trip.

Private Cotswold Villages from London: Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold
From $942.76 per group
Jay and the Cotswolds were both winners!
, Feb 2020
Jay with Viator came through for us when another tour group cancelled at the last minute. He was fabulous, keyed the trip to our interests and shared his love of history in a great way. We saw five charming villages/towns, had a proper high tea, beer in the pub and we’re home at the agreed upon time. We loved our day! Thanks, Jay.
Our driver and guide was wonderful; knowledgeable; and particularly considerate of and helpful with my elderly sister. We were shown all of the things that we wanted to see, and more. All and all, it was a perfect day.
Having visited the Cotswold both by tour bus and now a private tour, I would highly recommend the private tour. We learned far more on the private tour and were able to travel down the back roads seeing much more of the countryside.
Great driver, very knowledgeable.
Ideal for travelers looking to escape the city, this tour takes you to the quaint villages of the Cotswolds, an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ characterized by rural landscapes and limestone houses. Departing London on a private vehicle equipped with Wi-Fi, you’ll stroll around the villages of Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Lower Slaughter, and Yanworth. Snacks and hotel pickup and drop-off are included.
Excellent tour of Westminster Abbey, the tour guide offered an extensive background and history of the Abbey. Unfortunately, the House of Parliament was closed. However, I believe doing both tours would have been a bit much for my group.
Had booked the combo tour of Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament. The Westminster Abbey was a detailed guided tour. The tour to the Houses of Parliament starts immediately after the first tour ends. There was no time given to do some souvenir shopping inside the Westminster Abbey souvenir shop except a short bathroom break. The tour to the House of Parliament was an audio guide tour and not a guided tour as I was expecting. That was disappointing as it would have been good to have a guided tour inside the Parliament. The tour guide was knowledgeable but the tour could be more engaging rather than rote commentary. Have been on other tours where the guides are more engaged with their tour group. Would recommend other tours that have this package.
Get acquainted with two iconic London monuments on a half-day tour of Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. While gaining fascinating insight into the royal history of Great Britain, absorb the Gothic grandeur of Westminster Abbey’s interior and head inside the Houses of Parliament—home to the renowned Big Ben—to see highlights like the House of Commons and Lord’s Chamber. From your guide, learn about the United Kingdom’s political system and major historic events while touring the prominent landmarks.
Buckingham Palace Tour Including Changing of the Guard Ceremony
Buckingham Palace Tour Including Changing of the Guard
, Nov 2019
I am rating this three stars. Good-The leader ensure that we had a great spot to see the changing of the guard. This is where it stops for me. Bad-I am older, and needed to use the restroom before starting. There were older people in our group, I made the suggestion to the YOUNGER lead that she should let the folks know that there is a walk, and you would not be able to use the restroom until way after the tour when you finish touring Buckingham Palace.(About two -three hours) She snubbed me. You get guidance through the changing of the guard ceremony and to Buckingham Palace then entry to the Palace. You are on your own afterwards. I am not quite sure we needed the leader.
Nathan was an excellent tour guide, and he gave us lots of very detailed information. He was very thorough, and made it a pleasant afternoon on a cool day. We really enjoyed the self guided tour of the palace with all it's grandeur and history.
Delve into London’s rich royal heritage during a visit to Buckingham Palace to see the Changing of the Guard Ceremony. Marvel at the traditional Changing of the Guard performance, which involves meticulously dressed soldiers marching to the rhythm of military drums. Then, enjoy an exclusive experience as you enter the opulent State Rooms of Buckingham Palace for an independent audio tour. See lavish chambers during a tour only available for two months of the year, and gain fascinating insight into the history of the British monarchy.
Early Access Crown Jewels: Complete Tour of Tower of London & Opening Ceremony
It's worth it!
, Jan 2020
This was a great tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable. It's worth doing the early access so that you can see the opening ceremony as well as seeing the jewels before the crowds get there. Since you're not allowed to take photographs in the Crown Jewel area, it's nice to be able take your time and look closely. By the time we left, the lines to get in were already across the courtyard.
Have exclusive access to one of London’s most popular and in-demand landmarks, and bypass the crowds, on this VIP tour of the Tower of London. Begin the tour with early, skip-the-line access, and see the tower’s storied opening ceremony. With just a small group for company, you’ll explore the landmark’s highlights. You’ll also be among the first visitors to enter the Tower of London’s world-famous Jewel House, where the glittering Crown Jewels await.
Fully Guided Tour of Warner Bros Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter
, Jan 2020
Great experience, this really was the perfect way to visit Harry Potter Studios. The guides were very knowledgeable and provided a first class service, from the initial meet to the journey back. 100% recommend this to any one thinking of visiting!!!
Our tour guide Jonathan was amazing! The tour starting from the meeting spot until the end was handled extremely well. Loved skipping the lines and the personal interaction with our guide. Many others in the group dropped out and went at their own pace so we had Jonathan mainly to ourselves for a group of 4. The studio stayed open until 10 pm the day we were there so we went back in after the tour. It was fantastic and the grandkids (12 & 8 yrs) really enjoyed it!
This tour was the best decision we could have made for our first trip up to the WB Studios. The tour guides made the day such a seamless, enjoyable experience. Starting with the meeting point and having someone there to help manage getting the entire group on the train and then on the bus to the WB Studios. From there she handed us off (with our return bus and train ticket to get home) over to the WB tour guide who led our group on a guided tour of the WB studios. We got to skip the general line to enter the studios and go through a VIP entrance, which is another thing that made this tour so worth it. Since there is so much to see and do, the guided tour is necessary and then what was nice was that at the end of the guided tour (which took about 3 hours) we were able to go back and check out things we missed our wanted to spend more time checking out (i.e. one of the many photo opps). We picked the earliest available tour so that we would have the most time possible to see everything we wanted to. It was a magical day and I cannot say enough good things about this tour. I would highly recommend you choose this option if it's your first time going to the WB Studios.
Harry Potter fans, grab your wands and owls for the journey to Hogwarts and beyond on an official guided tour of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter. Take a train directly from central London to the studio, where you’ll be greeted by a representative and taken on an immersive journey featuring original sets, props and costumes featured in all eight Harry Potter movies. From Platform 9 ¾ and Diagon Alley to Hagrid’s Hut and Dumbeldore’s office, you’ll be transported directly to J.K. Rowling’s beloved world of wizardry.
Our Spanish guide got sick at the least minute, and the operator was so kind to get us a new guide overnight.
Even thought Marguerite is not a Spanish-speaking guide, (she does Italian, German and English) she was wonderful. She was on time, friendly and so very professional.
She knows SO much about art and history. She knows the museum to the detail. It was delicious to see it with her. The Brit Museum is something you DO NOT want to miss when in London.
Book this tour, with good luck Marguerite will be your tour guide.
Visit the British Museum on this private tour. With your own art historian guide, explore the British Museum, one of the world’s greatest historical treasure troves, as you wish. As British Museum tours go, it’s ideal for getting a personalized perspective on the collections and highlights such as the Parthenon sculptures.
Total London Experience with London Eye, Tower of London, St Paul's & Lunch Pack
, Dec 2019
The description of the tour was misleading. Our tour guide was a pleasant man, but didnt give a lot of historical information like we’ve experienced with other tour guides. It says a river cruise but it was riding a boat taxi. It was suppose to include the changing of the guard but we were told we had to leave before it was over. We paid a lot of money and really didn’t get what we thought we were getting.
Our Total London Experience tour was most enjoyable....our guide “Rick” was very knowledgeable in every aspect of this tour, great personality and wonderful person to talk to. Great tour to take for those with a limited time in London.
The day started with a late checkin and late departure. Early on, the bus was told that we picked a bad day because there was a half marathon, protesters and rain in the area. We did not see Big Ben or the changing of the guard. Since it was a Sunday, we also did not get the tour of St Paul’s cathedral. The lunch was a small cheese sandwich. Overall the tour was not a good value for the money spent. My confirmation said to expect a 6PM return but we were done by 4. The bus left us after the morning so personal items had to be carried the remainder of the trip. My expectation was that the Thames river would have narration to point out the sites but none was provided as the group was spread out in the river taxi.
Visit some of London's most iconic landmarks on this full-day tour, including a Thames River cruise and a ride on the famous London Eye. Take a tour of St. Paul’s Cathedral and admire panoramic views of the capital from your air-conditioned coach. There’s a chance to get a taste of Royal London too, as you tour the notorious Tower of London, view the Crown Jewels and watch the traditional Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace.
Inner Circle Access of Stonehenge including Bath and Lacock Day Tour from London
, Feb 2020
The trip exceeded my expectations. The insights provided by Frank and Nuno rounded out what was a already a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this anyone who is considering going to Stonehenge.
If Stonehenge is on your list then you will definitely want to do this tour. Not only was it amazing to get to stand in the middle of the stones, it was also amazing to see the Roman baths in Bath as well.
The Stonehenge part is amazing and justifies the whole trip and cost. You can’t get right up to the stones any other way. This can’t be overstated. The sense of presence while walking through and around them is amazing.
The rest of it is very hit and miss, and I suspect totally depends on three things you cannot control: the weather, the crowds, and who you get as your tour guide.
We were reasonably lucky for the weather but not so much for the other two.
I think we want our tour guides to be four things: friendly, helpful, entertaining, and knowledgeable. Our one was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not so great at the other two.
A hint for the tour guides at this company: I suspect you’ve all been told that dead air is the cardinal sin and you must always find something to say. However this does not mean you should fill all available talk time with a stream of consciousness babble based on whatever your eye falls on. You are there to add value to what the customers can see for themselves, not to say what you see. It really isn’t necessary to tell us even once that a red brick house is made out of bricks that are red... let alone saying it several times. It certainly isn’t necessary to tell us that the stone that a stone house is build of is a naturally occurring substance that comes from the ground. If that’s all you’ve got then may I gently suggest not saying anything at all and studying up so you have actual material the next time?
But I’ll finish this review by saying again that the Stonehenge portion is what makes this tour. If you get a great guide, fantastic, otherwise just tune them out.
Be one of a rare few to walk inside the UNESCO-listed prehistoric stone circle of Stonehenge, and visit Bath, and medieval Lacock on this day trip from London. Select a morning or afternoon tour for early or late access to the Stonehenge site, and walk inside the inner circle of stones—an experience only available to your group—without the daytime crowds. Then visit the Lacock Abbey and the Georgian spa city of Bath to cap off your tour.

Private Tour to Stonehenge, Bath and The Cotswolds
From $861.05 per group
, Jan 2020
Oz was such a fantastic tour guide. He promptly picked us up from our hotel, gave us the option to stop for coffee along the way, and was incredibly insightful on the history pertaining to each stop. We reached each location at optimal times before the sites were crowded, and Oz even helped us coordinate amazing photos. Such an amazing experience overall! Would highly recommended this tour and our guide to everyone.

We absolutely loved every second of this trip. The pickup/drop off processes were smooth and conveniently located. We enjoyed having plenty of time in Oxford, both guided time and some time to explore on our own. Our guide Tom was extremely knowledgable and made the tour very fun and interesting. We booked it primarily for the studio tour tickets but were pleasantly surprised by the Oxford part of the excursion, and how our guides slipped in some Harry Potter related facts as well. We were worried we wouldn't have enough time at the studio tour, but ended up having more than enough time to go through the tour, stop for some butter beer, and do some shopping after as well. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

We signed up for a guided tour as we wanted to learn more than we would by just doing the self-guided tour. We met our guide Becky at the appointed time and place and spent an incredible 2 and 1/2 hours seeing highlights of the Museum. She was a wonderful guide, so knowledgeable and upbeat, and so full of great information. We could not have been any more pleased with her or the tour.
