Awesome value - one of the best organized tours I have ever taken.
, Feb 2020
One of THE BEST organized tours I have ever taken. Great value for the money. Very interesting places chosen to visit. Only minus is that the busses could have charging ports, but I certainly can live with that.
Fantastic value for the money. Interesting visits, good local food, adequate 2 star hotels, enthusiastic, cheerful and informative Gordon as guide. Do it but be prepared fo very full days and early starts.
Value for money for an outstanding Mekong Delta tour
, Nov 2019
Our 3D 2N tour with Viator & TNK Travel was an absolute fun and extra ordinary experience. A total value for money and for this we absolutely and highly recommend this tour to everyone who wishes to visit HCMC across Mekong Delta to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Our tour guide Vank has an exceptional knowledge of Vietnam & Mekong Delta. He is professionally trained and was very helpful the whole time we were with him. Husband & I had a great time and so many precious & happy memories were made with our group which no more than 30 people from all parts of the globe. We made friends with them, laughed with them, ate with them and made loads of fun with them. There were also so many additional activities on this tour that was not mentioned initially on the description of this tour, we were so amazed with the amount of activities we have done and for that we are eternally grateful. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour to all first timers in Vietnam & even those ones who've been but wish to do the Mekong tour again. Thumbs up to all the crew, staff & organisers of Viator & TNK Travel :) Till we meet again :)

The staff made the cruise pleasurable. It is the tour co. that did not deliver what it promised. We had originaly booked the dragon eyes boat tour and after we paid the tour co. told us it was not available and then offered is an upgrade on Dragon cruise. We specifically asked if everything would be thr same as dragon eyes and was told yes, disappointingly it was not. I have e mails with the tour co. where ii specifically ask about these things and was told yes but it did not receive. Once off the boat we were supposed to stop for lunch on our way back to Saigon (4+ long ride) but the driver had no idea of what we were talking about. The bus was extremely rough and uncomfortable (definitely not the same as the one that picked us up at the beginning of the tour). There was not even water offered on such a long hot ride. It felt like once the tour co. got our money the promises where not followed through with

1. The journey to visit Saigon and Hanoi will give you like one or the other, not both.
2. Not that either city lacks appeal, but after visiting the two largest cities of Vietnam, you, too, will likely have your opinion formed.
3. A little farther away is Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay should be a priority for any trip to Vietnam. Massive karst rocks jut out of the water, looming above the touring boats.
4. One can easily spend a few days relaxing by the sea and it is also a nice reprieve from the madness in Hanoi.
