Zaandam Tours

We are going to walk on the Zaanse Schans. I am a certified guide and will give you a lot of information about the highlights. The walk shows you the Albert Heijn museum shop, the wooden shoe factory and the cheese factory, and we will taste cheese and of course to the windmills (entrance not included € 5.00 pp per adult per mill, € 2.50 pp per child per mill ). You can indicate which windmill (s) you want to visit.

Board a comfortable mini van and you’ll be taken to the famous Zaanse Schans where you will see the original still working Dutch windmills. If you fancy you can visit some of the well known museums. A nice asset to this trip will be your encounter with millers when you are strolling down the Zaanse Schans. You can glance over their shoulder while they are performing their crafts. You”ll learn how the typical wooden clogs are made and why the Dutch traditionally wore them. You will also see how cheese is made.
