It felt like we were going on holiday, as usual getting stopped and searched was fun. There was plenty of space as we chose a later time to go. Walking through duty free shop at the end was nice too. All in all a nice experience.

It’s a lot of money for a very quick up and down. I’m sad it’s a big scar on the skyline and not much to see (in comparison to London Eye for instance) Also spotted two large cracks in two panes of the glass!, bit disconcerting!) Anyway, they’ll make a ton of money as tourists love a ‘to do list’ on hols.

Great experience, great weather, great views. Only difficulty was the ticket we had - they scan QR codes and my ticket only had a barcode. Luckily the lady scanning tickets accepted the fact I had purchased tickets and let us on. Otherwise it was a great experience.

We we’re running late because of car trouble and traffic driving from London. Fear of loosing our flight I tried every way to get in contact with the your operator. We did not manage to. Victor told me that they could not help and would loss my flight and money I spent for the tickets and I would have to re booked. However when got there and explained the lady at The desk was very kind and allowed us to take 4pm flight. And we enjoyed ourselves throughly. It was just a shame it was longer. I would like to say a big thanks to BA staff on the ground.

Enjoyed the i360, fantastic views from the top, it doesn’t travel very fast and I felt safe at all time. I booked in advance because online it said you couldn’t book it on the day, however, on arrival this wasn’t true and people were paying on entering. The weather was good that day which added to the enjoyment of the attraction. Could have been a little longer.
