Must do in Brussels

Highly recommended activity, the workshop is fun and well-structured, the instructor is knowledgable and created a great atmosphere with nice music while supported us to succeed in making some beautiful and delicious pralines. We only used high quality ingredients and modern equipment that also contributed to some amazing hot chocolate. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and I'd definitely consider this workshop as a must-do in Brussels!
All the chocolate!!

This chocolate-making class was a highlight of our trip to Belgium, especially after going around and trying so many of the local chocolatiers. The size of the class was small, and we felt secure in the COVID protocols as well, but we also enjoyed chatting with the other people in our class. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and there were several opportunities to get creative. I only wish they had a milk chocolate version because I'm not the biggest fan of dark chocolate, but it was still better than most! I also really liked that we made hot chocolate with our leftover chocolate at the end, and they had a non-dairy milk option!

Learning how to make pralines was very interesting, our host was very friendly and in the end we could take our creations home in a nice little box:) Also the hot chocolate we made with leftover chocolate was DIVINE! Would definitely recommend

Harry was a great facilitator during this session. He provided a lot of valuable information and made the entire event lots of fun. My teenage daughter and I really enjoyed the session. It was just the right combination of information and just having a good time.
Delicious and fun

The guide was delightful but a bit quiet. I would prefer more music or historic explanation of chocolate making. Venue was amazing and so was the end result. A great activity for friends and family.
unusual experience, fun to do it yourself

interesting to see how pralines are made, it’s harder to do yourself than it looks. very well prepared work places and equipment. we enjoyed ourselves and learned a lot. would recommend it highly!
Fun and wholesome experience!

Had a great time learning and preparing our own chocolate. We were a small group of 6 people, all of the safety measures due to COVID were more than taken into account and just spent a few hours in a cozy and fun environment trying out new things. Great way to spend your day in Brussels when you want to take a break from all the walking.
