We are sorry that you did not get to participate in the experience and that it did not appear to be what you were expecting. You might have been able to unlock more fun during the event. Each group gets their own dedicated live adventure coach, who encourages and and helps them throughout their journey. Our staff is super animated, personable, and fun! The adventure coach is remote, and the word remote appears in the first sentence of the description of the activity. If you would like to have an in person host, you can fill out a custom form on our website Alleykatadventures and we will design you a custom event at a special rate. While we of course cannot 100% provide competitors for you on any given day, I encourage you to ask us next time in advance to tell you which dates we show that have others signed up already. That way you can make a decision based on what your I individual preferences are. However, you can always race our leaderboards, which are sent to you in our introductory message. Most of our guests tell us that that is just as exciting as racing other groups. Please contact us for a complementary opportunity to try the hunt out to experience what it’s like in any of our cities. We are happy to provide the material for you in advance on request. Keep in mind that the element of surprise only adds to the fun and spontaneity, though.
