A really good tour - family run (no biking required). Recipes all different from a previous cooking class incl a fabulous peanut sauce (recipes already received). Only downer was it poured rain just as the basket boat trip happened (umbrellas provided) !!!! BTB pickup van was a bit worn out but still got us from A to B.

We were very happy with our tour. A jovial, helpful and knowledgeable guide met us. After a trip to the market to buy fresh produce we met our chefs, they obviously had a high standard of expertise and a passion for cooking a d sharing theeir love of it. We enjoyed the unique boat ride, throwing back the crabs we caught. All staff were professional and personable. I had experienced a cooking tour prior to this with another organisation that was no where near as good. I can highly recommend this tour.
