The SwissTour office at Interlaken Ost is actually the train station office. The first train from Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald terminal is 8.05am, available every 30min onwards.

My family and I went on the Jungfraujoch Train Trip adventure together. The overall experience was fun for the family. The highlight was the breathtaking views that were worth the trip.The Ice Palace was full of cute sculptures. There were only two downsides that my family felt downgraded the experience: It is over commercialized.. MANY TOURISTS! I wish they had kept some of the charm of the culture and land of Switzerland in the general design of the interior. Second, the cost to just sled or snow tube down a little area was pretty high given the initial cost of even going to the site. Otherwise, an amazing adventure!

With the printed brochure and the swiss pass we obtained the tickets to go to the Jungfraujoch. After thrre trains you arrive to the final station where you can enjoy the views of the glaciar, go out into the snow where some activity previous payment are available or go up to the observatory.

Had an awesome trip with family of 4(including 2 children, 11 and 4). The train ride provides unparalleled views of nature at its best - Snow clad mountains, natural waterfalls, lush green meadows, streams, rivers, lakes....super package for nature lovers...with icing being the snow on top of the mountain. While the trip does not have a guide, however we have the flexibility to cover the trip according to our preference. Works out perfect for Swiss Travel pass holders.
