A:Our tour departure point is on 501 Front Street, on the corner of Front and Duval Street. There is nearby parking available at the Mallory Square parking lot and the Opal Key Resort and Marina. Note: There is a fee for parking at both lots.

Well. Our tour was canceled about an hour before it started due to a parade. The tour said they didn't know anything about the parade until they called me which was odd since we knew about the parade weeks in advance. They were very nice and offered to move our grouo to the next day, but we are staying about 50 miles away and we just couldn't make another trek down. We opted to take a full refund and will hopefully make the tour on our next visit.
