Passengers need to be checked out and waiting by the concierge desk in their hotel lobby at the beginning of their pickup time. Please be aware that your driver will wait for 10-15 minutes before departing, at this point the transfer will be declared a no show. When picking up from private addresses your driver will ring the buzzer or a contact number whichever is required.

To that end, we have implemented the following measures: • Daily health checks, all drivers will take temperature tests and check for symptoms daily before beginning shifts. We request that passengers similarly ensure that they are asymptomatic before travelling with us. • Chauffeurs will greet guests verbally instead of a handshake, they will still offer to assist with luggage but will sanitise handles after handling. • All drivers will wear masks and hands will be sanitised regularly before, after and during service. • Passengers must wear face masks at all times. • The front passenger seat alongside the driver will not be available for travellers use. • Drivers will wipe external and internal door handles after every trip. • Drivers will have sanitiser (60% + alcohol) and / or wipes available at all times. • Drivers will turn aircon and ventilation to circulate external air not internal air.
This transfer does NOT service hotels in the Docklands area.
Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

City Transfers was the operator for this ride. You need to reconfirm with them and they are very particular about how and when to do so. The driver Nawar arrived punctually in a minivan and was well dressed in a uniform. He drove well and was polite. Rides to heathrow from London hotels are a minimum of four hours prior to your flight departure. You may have a lot of time to spend at heathrow but that’s not the end of the world.
I booked my return airport transfer as I was travelling alone and had luggage. I was really happy with my driver - he was a local resident, took the time to explain life in Verona and also confirmed my return pick up service without being asked. He also assisted me with luggage at my apartment.
Driver was on-time but it was not the large luxury car we paid for and there was no beverages or newspapers. When asked the driver informed us he would have to get off the highway and check the trunk. At Heathrow he quickly pulled the luggage out, put it on the curb and left. No assistance with the bags or finding check-in.
The pick-up was on-time, the driver was courteous and the vehicle was roomy. That said, none of the amenities noted in our reservation were available -- no water, newspapers or wet wipes. In fact, a sign in the vehicle noted that eating and drinking were not allowed.
Great service, fantastic car - takes the worry out of making that airport deadline and assistance with luggage appreciated - yes you can catch the Heathrow Express but a little spoiling at the end of the trip is always appreciated!
This is the way to go if you are headed to and from the airport. We were there during the Olympics and the driver informed us of closed off streets so he arrived 1/2 earlier so we would not be rushed at the airport. Also found drivers to be very safe on the road. We will use this service again.
