Dear David, Thank you very much for the time you have taken to write this review. See London By Night is not operated directly by us but rather is a partner that we work with and unfortunately at the moment they do require paper tickets. It does state this on the booking information however, if you are traveling, we can see the frustration with not having access to a printer. We are looking into paperless solutions with all of the attractions which we sell (some of them are already paperless). We would love to make this change not only from a logistics and customer service perspective but also from an environmental perspective. Thank you for bringing this up and we are looking at our different options with renewed energy. Best wishes, Evan Evans Team

    London by Night Tour

Great experience. We were looking for something to do in the evening that would not be lots more walking. Comfortably sat on the top of a double decker bus, while we were given the grand tour of all the London landmarks lit up at night. A great way to get a feel for the city or just experience all of the landmarks in a different way in the evening. Highly recommend it.

There is a marked difference between the experience in the open top section vs below decks. We were hugely disappointed that the price we paid for steerage was the same as for first class. No pics!!!
