We missed our excursion because of transportation delays from the airport. I spoke to a very accommodating gentlemen he was willing to either have us meet the excursion or reschedule for us. But when I called back the other person was rude. We could not meet the excursion but wanted to try to reschedule. The person told me he would have to call me back he was helping a customer! I guess I'm not a customer and no call back. Even a call back to explain they couldn't do anything would of been acceptabl . This was not their fault but I'm a customer too

Whilst we do try ensure no one will miss their experience with us, we do have strict times which we must adhere too on the service to not disrupt the other diners on the service. We must apologise though that we have left you feeling neglected. An internal investigation into this has taken place and we will be contacting you directly to attempt to rectify this situation.
