The tour never happened, we were there 45 minutes earlier waiting next to the red telephone boot but no one showed up, I called the phone number on the invoice left several massages no one answered to my phone, there’s this tour Gide from the original tour he tried to help us also, I think we need to get our money back.

Hello hello The Guides are there every morning at 9.30am. They collect the guests at 9.50am and leave at 10am They stand next to the red telephone booths and are easy to spot. Not sure how you would have missed them.... Shame you did as the tour is great fun and you get to see everything in London
