Meet the crew as you're welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine in the lounge saloon. Then, as you sip your drink, soak up your first views of London from the water. Settle into your seat for a 4-course meal of classic British dishes/.

Cruise past famous landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye; snap photos of the monumental dome of St. Paul’s Cathedral; and sail under Tower Bridge as you cruise to the Thames Flood Barrier and back. In the summer months you can catch the sunset, too.

While you eat, enjoy a live performance by a cabaret singer. Listen to a string of pop hits and West End numbers followed by more live entertainment, and if you wish, enjoy ample time to hit the dance floor. Alternatively, simply sit back or head for the outer deck to admire the illuminated sights.

The food was excellent, the staff were hard working and attentive, the dinner was talented and the view from the boat spectacular. What would have made it better is if the menu choices had been more obvious during the booking process and if it has been possible to tip the waiter by contactless payment.

This tour was cancelled by the tour operator due to insufficient staffing but Viator's automated messaging system led us to believe that the tour was still happening, even sending us the tour voucher and map directions an hour before the tour was supposed to start. We waited at Westminster Pier for 2 hours with at least 3 other couples who had the same experience. Apparently, staffing has been an ongoing issue and the dinner cruises have been frequently cancelled recently(according to the crewmen on the pier). I won't be booking with this tour operator anymore.

The dinner cruise was canceled due to crew shortage without notifying me by email or text. Given your communication efforts to promote events, I find this especially bad. I wasted time and cab fare to get to the pier to find no boat. I had to click through your web site to see the announcement but never got a text or email. I find this unacceptable

Wonderful to see the lights of London. And the fun members of staff made it special We enjoyed the food Good music Let down by the Jubilee toast, which was done while people were eating. It was add hock, unprofessional and disrespectful to our queen for a once in a lifetime occasion. It needed a master of ceremonies.

Was not too fond of the cruise. I thought it would be a nice, quiet and chill night. It was quite the opposite, there was drunk people all over and dancing all night, which is fine, but not what i was looking for. This cruise is WAY cheaper if you go the the website of the London cruises, i’m talking 100$ less! The food was not worth the price.

Food is subpar so if you are doing this for the fiord go somewhere else to eat. If you are doing it for the ambience and the views the. It is worth the trip. Not worth the price. Will leave you if not on time and that is before the time to leave.

The experience was amazing BUT the staff were really rude (except Edward) because we asked why she sat us where we were instead of the window, another waiter asked if we wanted to leave and get a refund immediately simply because she sat us where we didn’t want! Very rude but Edward, the entertainer and the captain were super sweet bunch and we ended up having a great time! The view was amazing and the cruise time was highly reasonable. Not minding the waiters… I’ll definitely visit again!
