Everglades Airboat Safari

The whole experience was amazing. We got some really cool information about the place and the tour was nice. We got to see an alligator after all boats were off and there were no tours happening but it was nice.

Does NOT go anywhere near a national park or anything like it. Does not include time for lunch. Does not go on an airboat “adventure”, or airboat never left site of the highway. You have 30 minutes (barely) on an airboat where they go to find the same alligator I assume they find everyday half a mile from the gift shop. Then you see a zoo of 15 reptiles and a few alligators with mold growing on their back. You to yo Sawgrass Rec Park which on its own and if honestly marketed would be fine but the description here is nothing like what will happen. By “half day tour” they mean drive an hour and a half to the destination, an hour and a half total there and an hour and a half back. The description on viator is not just misleading, it is blatantly dishonest. The positive reviews here must either be people that are part of the company or people that literally just wanted to get a picture on a boat and say they saw what might be a semi wild alligator.

This was not a good experience for us. We checked in 30 minutes prior to the excursion, as recommended and were told we needed to wait outside for 30 minutes until the bus arrived to pick us up. It was 90 degrees. When the bus arrived, we hopped on to find almost no AC. We stopped off at a location to pick up additional guests and ended up sitting there for 20 minutes. It took 2 hours to get to the Everglades where we were in an airboat for MAX 30 minutes. It was a cool experience but absolutely not worth the bus ride out. Additionally, the driver informed us there was a $5 minimum required tip per person for him. Very unprofessional business, but what you get for about $30.

I never got to experience because we couldn’t find a place to park. We spent wondering the city and every person we asked could not help us.

Staff was friendly. There was no solution for inclement weather. And the trip was got canceled ahead of time. We are here visiting and about to catch our flight.

The weather was bad. Stayed there anyways. No refund. A day wasted. I understand it is no their fault but they should have something else planned instead.

We had one alligator circling our boat and two others were coming over then one engaged the one by the boat and they fight then the one backed up and the other one stayed circling the boat there was a couple of turtles right there by the boat as well it’s very fun very very fun trip we enjoyed it a lot!

The bus driver was absolutely fantastic!! The whole experience from the boat and getting to touch a baby alligator was great!

As the restroom in the bus was out of service, I had to step out at Bayside market for the public restroom. Came back at the time the driver asked, and the bus was gone

My family was placed on the wrong tour that took all day long. I have yet to get a response as to my refund and to be given the correct tour.
