We had fun hanging on the beach. You must grab shaded area as soon as you get there, run to reserve SHADE!!! Not a lot of room to Kayak! The paddle boards were not available as the water was a bit rough the morning we were there. Our lunch was better than I expected. It was good. We did not snorkel. This was fun but a one and done excursion.. We will choose another excursion our next trip to Nassau, but glad we visited Pearl Island, just no reason to go back a second time.
Nice but simple experience

The experience was nice to hang out on the beach. There isn’t very much shade, so expect to sit in the sun for the most part, u less you get lucky to find shade. Lunch was Bahamian chicken, fried fish, rice, cole slaw, and tea. It was tasty!
Do the snorkel

First time for my wife and kids to snorkel, was the perfect trip for it. The lunch and beach were equally amazing!

It says 5 hour experience, but we got there at 12 and left at 2:20, the actual time on the beach only 2 hours.

The food was amazing and we also went snorkeling and saw some amazing fish. The beach area was beautiful. Our family had an amazing time.
Terrible experience.

There was a total lack of communication when we got off the boat. I asked what time we needed to be back at the dock and was told 3pm. We went to see where to snorkel there was one area but we were denied access because, even though our ticket said ‘Beach Escape with Lunch snorkeling escape 12:00pm’. We had our own equipment but they wouldn’t let us into the one area where snorkeling is permitted unless we paid an additional $15 each. So the one thing we paid to do we now couldn’t do. Then about 90 mins into the excursion a storm hit and everyone was told to get out of the water and under cover. Now it almost 2pm so we decide to walk back to the dock and wait under cover for the boat. Some boats come in and we ask about ours so be told, ours will not be back until 4 pm. When we got off the boat we were told 3 pm pickup. So we have to wait another hour for our boat to get back. Waste of money and waste of time for a tiny beach with no shade and a ton of cruise ship passengers on it. I would like a refund.

Beautiful island. I loved the clear beach area. The food and drinks were delicious. The music by the bar was great. Overall it was a lovely experience.
Best day ever

The food was amazing and the quantity was great. We had access to the kayaks, life jackets, snorkel equipment, etc. The bar was lively and enjoyable. Would definitely go back!
Just a great tour, well priced and extremely easy to work with. PEOPLE FREINDLY!!

The cruise to an from Pearl Island was wonderfully relaxing. Boarding and exiting the ferry was made easy by the staff, who helped a member of our party who has mobility issues, with confidence and skill. They were very, very kind. The island was clean and welcoming, easy to navigate, and the food was delicious. Scheduling the snorkel times was not made clear, yet we managed to get it done! The return trip was interesting and well narrated. Definitely would recommend!!
Just ok…..

Ferry ride was nice and beach was pretty. However location ran out of towels, ran out of drinks at the bar & ran out of food. Was told lunch would be served at 1:30 but ran out of food by 1:40. Waited in line for staff to replenish food which happened at 2:30 leaving very little time to enjoy the beach. Did not expect 1 hour of my excursion to stand in line waiting for food to be cooked. I traveled with young kids and thought chairs with shade were provided on the beach but it’s above the beach with flowers in front so could not see the beach while sitting. Wasn’t relaxing like I had planned. Overall experience was ok but I was pretty underwhelmed.

Great staff and crew! Island is awesome, had a great time. This should be a must do, food was great and made for a very nice get away from the resorts.
A litte meh

This was a fun trip. Getting to have the run of the island was great. The water over there is beautiful and the view from the lighthouse is incredible. My drawbacks would be that: 1) the tour left late 2) It would have been a lot better if there was only one boat of people, (there were two), meaning we'd have more space on the island and greater use of the paddle boards, kayaks, etc. 3) there was no plantain at lunch which meant there was very little for my Mum and I to eat as vegetarians. Overall though, good fun for a change of incredible scenery.

Must Go!
, Apr 2021
Such a relaxing day trip. You can hang out with other guests or completely just relax with your group. There were plenty of kayaks, floats and paddle boats for the guests. The bartender made great drinks and the staff was so professional. The food was also great. Would definitely recommend and go again!
