Tyler and Pedro were AMAZING!!!! It was a very educational trip, but they both made it fun and exciting! I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn so much about NYC in a short period of time! Bus was very clean and they implemented COVID precautions very well!

Rachel was very knowledgeable about everything, she knows her stuff. She was friendly and personable and gave us a great tour. I’ve been on the 5 hour tour with Viator a few years ago were we went close to the Statue of Liberty. I was disappointed that my grandson had to see it from such a distance. I think this was misrepresented on line. I brought him here for his birthday. This was my first Viator tour ( you’re the only company I use) were I felt disappointed at the content. This had nothing to do with Rachel, she’s pretty amazing.

Standing on the grounds of 9/11 was an experience we will never forget. The entire trip was excellent. Pedro was our driver who was great and courteous while Tyler was our tour guide instructor who was fun and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this tour 👍🏽

We enjoyed our tour with a tour guide called Brooklyn. He sure knows the history of NY and loves to narrate the story. He's very friendly, and with a lot of positive energy. He recommended us restaurants to go eat and got out of his way to call one of the restaurants to make sure they take good care of us. I would definitely recommend this tour guide / tour company.

Our tour guide was the best. Debbie was very knowledgeable and told us all about the architects who designed the bridges and buildings. She showed us beautiful personal photos and took several of us. We left feeling we didn't miss seeing and learning about anything in New York.
