Not worth the price. We were on 2 busses where the audio didn’t work, and a third where it worked and the tour was lacking any information. Pass was suppose to be good for 24 hours, we purchased at 2pm and it didn’t work the following morning. We could’ve taken an uber between the stops we went to for a fraction of the price (family of 4).

This tour is good for what it is- an opportunity to ride around and see certain parts of Paris at a glance. We had originally intended it as a means of transport around the city. However the bus is too slow and stops at too many places to efficiently get you between various place to make tour appointments on time, and it only travels a small area (not sacre-coure or catacombs or montparnesse for example). But, good for what it is

No help with question, no calls returned, no responses to emails. Not an experience I would recommend. I would recommend Big Bus as a tour operator in Paris. Smooth onsite help and regular bus tours.

I booked the tootbus last week as it included sights that we wanted. One of the sights on the website was MontMatre which we were keen to visit. However, on the day, we were told that Mont Matre was not included since Covid. Why was it still on the website? We also found the guide was a little quiet (even on full volume) and also came on later than the actual monuments. Otherwise the staff were friendly and the bus was clean and frequent.

Very disappointed!! GO FOR BIG BUS IN PARIS

The frequency of this bus is every half an hour, which is far less from Bigbus. it can be randomly come all together, but then, the next bus would be far away from you. The price of this bus is 15% cheaper than BigBus in Paris, but do not try to save that amount as you would waste your time. This bus is always full of people and no seat available as they do overbooking. You technically have to stand most of the time and do not enjoy the ride at all. Just go for Bigbus!!! I had to get off this bus and bought the other tickets.

Terrible ! Worst buss tour company ever!!

Staff not polite, even rude sometimes, yelling at passengers. We've lost so much time on every stop. Due to technical problems when other tourists wanting to buy tickets, we had to wait too, until it moved again. Only 1 route, the blue one. Second day they even skipped the stop at Les Invalides. We have paid €180 for 48 hours but spended most of the time waiting !! NEVER EVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE BUSCOMPANY !!!

The bus driver was helpful when we asked questions, but you website mentioned a tape that described the stops. We were not offered any information. We had to use our phones to find out where were.

Enjoy the trip but operation hrs is short, till 6pm. Good, if can be extended. I have to alight half way because the bus divert to other stop. The opertors are helpful & polite. Highly recomended.

I purchased a two days pass for my friend and myself. The first day we attempted to get on the bus. Because the driver could not get my mobile ticket to work, he made us disembark and talk to the perso standing at the stop. Meanwhile, he drove off. When we attempted to ride later that evening, the bus pulls up, people started entering through the back door so we followed, but we were stopped and told we can’t enter through the back door……but other people were not stopped. Walked to the front door and the driver said the bus is full. It was not, we counted at least eight empty seats below. The second day when we attempted to ride, the bus was 45 minutes late. We were told it was a new driver. Wr asked if we could still use our tickets for the evening. We were told we had to purchase nights tickets. I have used these types of hop on hop off buses in many countries…I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES like this. Over a hundred dollars and rose the service once! I won’t ever use TOOT BUS and will not recommend them to anyone😡😡
