The drivers were courteous and friendly. They had a sign with my name on it when they picked me up on arrival and departure. They waited for me as my luggage was delayed at the airport. Will definitely use them again.

We had an initial hiccup with our pick up time but the tour worked with us to adjust our departure time. We left one of our bags on the bus and the driver brought it to the airport and we were able to retrieve it at the gate. I really appreciated the extra effort!

diver left as I was 2 mins late was stuck in 45 mins traffic back to hotel pick up was 4:15 i reached 4:17 i swear he would have just waited even though i emailed to say i was suck in traffic and had to pay for a ride to airport

Pick up time was set for 4:15pm. Driver arrived at 4:04 and awaited this guest. At 4:15pm the guest did not show up and driver went to the front desk and the driver was informed the guest checked out and left the property. The driver waited. At 4:29pm the driver was instructed to go to the front desk and advice the clerk that he is leaving. The day after the client acknowledge the he went out and got stuck in traffic.

My wife and I used both the arrival and departure services. Upon Arrival our name was visable on a large clip board, and our luggage was swiftly carried to a large van. Our driver was funny and engaging, there perfect start to a trip. On departure, we were greated by name by a driver of a large Suv who was early and very kind. We would highly recommend the service.
