The tourist guide makes a big difference

While it was meant to be a guided tour, this trip was pretty much one like as though we went for a taxi ride. Tour guide left a lot to be desired. She was very unfriendly and her only task seemed to be to tell us the time to return. Whatever little information she provided was unclear as there was no mic and she didn't look towards us when speaking. The trip was very rushed and I wondered if there was any need to include shopping stops at cashew nut, honey and gems outlets. One family were late by atleast 30mins during their pickup from the hotel, I think this was unfair to the rest of us. Tour operator needs to wait maximum for 5 mins and leave if tourists dont come on time. We could have had a relaxed pace.
