The Muir forest is a must see. It’s beautiful and peaceful. The driver Michael picked us up on time. The ride and information was very informative. I only would have liked to have more time exploring. We felt a little rushed because you have to be back at a certain time. Overall it was a great experience

Seamless and enjoyable. Muir Woods is incredible, and Sausalito is so charming. We actually decided to stay in Sausalito longer than the allotted hour, and took the ferry back ($14/person) instead of coming with the tour van. Beautiful ride on its own. Would recommend.

Despite multiple confirmations, the tour operator did not show to pick up our family. After several phone calls, someone finally called us back to say they didn’t have a driver for us and an offer to go tomorrow, the day of our departure. Hopefully refund will be quick. The tour operator blamed Viator for the mix up. Hard to say for sure.

Several weeks ago, the owners of the application, which shows us our customers in the system, completely updated their platform, and problems with the unloading of tourists who bought tours on Viator began to our great horror. Unfortunately, you are not the only ones who had this problem. We still call to Peek and Viator almost every day, but they can't solve this problem. The tour was on time and driver/guide was welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and informed the group about our destination and even relayed some facts about places we passed by. The stop at Golden Gate Bridge was enough time for all of us to enjoy and take some pictures. Muir Woods visit was fantastic! Amazed with all the tall trees and greenery all around. We thought we were on the way to Cathedral grove but suspected that we might be on the wrong trail. We saw later that we were on the high trail. with only 30 minutes left we decided to go back and finally saw the sign to Cathedral Grove. Good that we didn’t miss it. Overall, Muir woods visit was great. Next stop was Sausilito and we stayed behind and took the ferry later. The guide gave us some tips where to eat and have some ice cream later. It was a lovely time to spend a few hours and just taking it easy in Sausilito.

We had wanted to go to Muir Woods but we’re running out of ideas for how to get there- Ubers we’re too expensive, biking it was out of the question. And then we found this tour online! We were picked up promptly from our hotel door and our guide told us a lot about San Francisco. We then went to the woods and finally saw them and finished the trip in Sausalito- the entire trip was less than the Uber cost showing for a one way drive to the woods, so excellent value.
