I booked this tour on Viator about 2 hrs before it was to start. I paid for parking and stood in the Florida sun for 30 minutes past when the tour was suppose to start before I finally found the phone number for the tour company. They informed me that they had told Viator early that morning that they weren’t running tours that day but Viator still sold me a ticket. They said Viator would issue me a refund I still haven’t received so now I lost the day, I lost the money I spent on parking, and I lost the cost of the tour. Don’t trust this company—it’s a scam.
