Yosemite in a day.

Yosemite is such a beautiful park. Our guide Daniel made the tour so much more interesting with his knowledge of the area and his stories. I would recommend this tour for anyone who does not have a lot of time to explore on their own or who wants a beginning point for more exploring.

James was an awesome guide. It was very helpful to get an overview of the park before heading out on our own, and James added his own knowledge and personality to the trip. We saw so many things, and we really enjoyed the other people on our tour.

Organized day trip that gave us a good overview of Yosemite. Our guide, Fred, was very good but being in the back of the van made it very difficult to hear throughout much of the trip. A microphone would have been helpful.

I’m a repeat Viator customer. WORST experience ever. We paid to stay at the S gate of Yosemite because Vator offered a tour with pick up at our hotel. The day before the trip the SUB contracted company Crossroads called ME to inform us out tour would be going 2.5 hours away to ANOTHER entrance. They tried to discount this crazy change of schedule. I called Viator customer service DANIEL to cANCEL and was assured 100% that I would be refunded my money!! Two days after I canceled I got an email from Vitor that said you can’t cancel… and no refund!!! I have disputed this with my credit card company and will take legal action if I have to. I have always used viator and would never cancel a day before without GOOD reason. And I was assured 100% that I would not be charged!!!!
